Scientific programs

The main scientific and science-applied programs of Russian Section of IAS are aimed at the solution of fundamental problems of human survival under unfavorable ecological and social conditions, preservation of nation's health, forecasting and stimulation of science-technical progress, development of interdisciplinary investigations in the field of ecological education, integration of philosophic branches of science, anthropology, including social, psychological and biomedical education.

Among the programs of RS that obtained international recognition and participation are the following:

- development of new methods of diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation of a man on the grounds of the theory of functional systems;

- methodical and science-practical research on ecological monitoring, development of ecologically safe methods of waste recycling;

- complex system to fight with consequences of emotional stress, to early reveal and correct psycho-somatic disorders in man;

- to create facilities and methods for full exposure of human psycho-physiological, physical and intellectual potential;

- development of psycho-pedagogical and social-economic grounds to form human ecological culture;

- development of scientific basis for system mathematical modeling and software provision of medical ecological psycho-pedagogical researches and others.

Scientific and educational programs of RS/IAS as a rule are realized by collective members of RS/IAS in cooperation with foreign scientific groups, universities, institutes and firms.
