Right and duties of members of RSIAS


The RIGHTS and OBLIGATIONS of RS/IAS MEMBERS

All members of RS/IAS have equal rights and equal obligations.

Members of RS/IAS can be adult citizens of Russian Federation, foreign citizens, stateless persons and juridical persons - public organizations, recognizing the present Charter and participating in realization of tasks and goals of the Organization. Admission of members is realized by Directorate according to a written application of a physical person or decision of authority organ of juridical person- public organization, and presented documents.

Individual members of RS/IAS and representatives of organizations-collective members of RS/IAS have the following rights:

  • to elect and to be elected to the leading executive and control positions of the Section;
  • to discuss the Section's plans of work;
  • to participate in the Section's activity;
  • to leave voluntarily the Section's membership.

The members of the RS Section are obliged to observe the Section's Charter, to realize decisions of the leading bodies of the Russian Section/IAS (Co-presidents and Directorate), to participate in RS/IAS activities.

A member of RS/IAS can be excluded from the Section by Directorate for gross violation of the Charter and complete removal from the actions carried on under the aegis of RS/IAS.
