Scientific-organizational activity

Scientific-organizational and financial activity of the Russian Section of IAS is realized on the basis of full self-financing on the account of IAS, grants of International Council of Scientific Development, donations from organizations-collective members of RS/IAS, scientific industrial centers, sponsors-members of IAS.

Presentation organizational programs of RS/ IAS provide finances for:

- to hold General Assemblies of RS/IAS, conferences and other meetings under the aegis of IAS;

- to maintain Directorate and Secretariat's activity;

- to award prizes, name grants and other awards of IAS to Russian scientists;

- to render financial support for creative scientific activity of scientists-members of IAS (publishing activity, organization of exhibitions and displays, advertising of scientific materials and others);

- participation financing of scientific projects and informational educational programs, held jointly with other organizations in the structure of IAS.
