ВWith view to gain and promote prestige of the Russian Section of IAS, to draw eminent scientists, state and public figures into development, financing, realization of projects and Charter of IAS, as a moral encouragement of the most active members of IAS, Directorate of RS/IAS decided:

  1. To institute Order "Creation" of RS/IAS (outline and description are attached)
  2. To approve Statute of Order "Creation" and a sample of Certificate (attached)
  3. To establish procedure of awarding Order 'Creation".

Order "Creation" and Certificate is presented only to full and honorary members of RS/IAS on decision of Directorate in solemn ceremony.

STATUTE OF ORDER "CREATION"

Order "Creation" is presented to full and honorary members Of IAS for great achievements in development of global problems of science, education, culture, ecology, sport, charitable activity, international collaboration that allowed to appreciably improve human life conditions, their moral and physical intellectual development, for training of specialists and young generation.

Order "Creation is to be worn on the left side of the breast after other state awards if any.

DESCRIPTION OF ORDER 'CREATION'
(RUSSIAN SECTION OF IAS)

ОOrder "Creation" is made of hard metal, silver-plated with enamel in the center, represents a quadrangular cross with four natural stones, diagonal rays of the cross make pentagons. In the center of the right side of the locket there is a plated imprint of the Globe on enamel (finift) with inscription "Order of Creation", inside - tree stars (all in color). On the back of the Order in circumference motto of the Order "Science - Health - Creation" and below "International Academy of sciences, Russian Section" with date of foundation are inscribed. The Order is 45 mm in diameter and can be fastened to the clothes by a special pin.
