Preamble

As a rule in modern socio-cultural processes, tendencies of division, dissociation, struggle, confrontation, crippling of life system dominate. To stop and turn back these processes means to transform culture of war into culture of peace. To do this possible only when we are together, all to a man on the Planet -the Earth. Let us remember: the Universe is the world where a human moves into, taking responsibility for the fate of the world and the whole mankind.

Cooperation instead of competition, altruism rather than egoism, collective intellect rather than educated elite, intellectual-moral break through.

Ascension to reasonable awareness - the way to harmony of world and man. To assist scientists, teachers public figures, businessmen culture and art workers in their contribution to the development and realization of ideas of undivided unity of man and nature, people with each other, cultures and systems of values for the sake of peace and life on the Earth -this is the aim of the institution of memorial sign "Together".

About Honorary Gold Sign "Together".

Honorary Gold Sign "Together" has been instituted on a joint decision of Ecological Division of RS/IAS and Regional Public Organization "Renovated Country". The award is presented to full, honorary, associate, foreign members of RS/IAS, who considerably contributed to the development of problems of ecological culture, preservation of peace, cosmic harmony, nature and man, physical and mental health of society and man. The authors of achievements based on fundamental and applied research and projects, joint developments of scientists and experts, businessmen, public figures, workers of culture and art.

The procedure of selection of candidates and awarding

The selection of candidates for awarding is realized on submission of RS/IAS members by a special Award Commission at a Joint Meeting of Bureau of ecological division of RS/IAS and the Board of directors of Regional Public Organization "Renovated Country".
The decision making is approved by Directorate of RS/IAS. The ceremony of awarding takes place in public at the Annual Session of RS/IAS or at other great events with participation of RS/IAS.

Statute of Honorary Gold Sign "Together" and Diploma

A set of the award consists of: Gold Sign with engraved emblem "Together" (on back side - a symbolic imprint of George the Victor), a diploma and a folder with bas-relief of emblem "Together".
